Robin's Nest Flower Package Information

Here is some important information that you will need to know when placing your order for a flower package. Please feel free to contact us with any and all questions. We want your planning process to go as smoothly as possible.

FAQ's-

Q. How far in advance should I order my package?
A. You should call us to set up a consultation within two weeks of booking your ceremony with Robin's Nest. You don't have to order your flowers at that time but, it prevents your date from being scheduled by another bride.

Q. Do I have to order one of the packages shown? Can I change what is included?
A. No, you may choose whatever flowers, colors, and styles you wish. The packages shown are just our basic selections and in no way reflect the many choices that we have available. You can change the package however you want. For instance, if you would like to split the bridal bouquet into a bridal bouquet and a bridesmaids bouquets that would be acceptable and would not cost any extra. Or your could replace the toss bouquet for a bridesmaids bouquet, etc.

Q. If I know what package I want do I still have to meet with your wedding consultant?
A. Yes! We want you to see our options and let you know if the flowers you want will be in season. It usually takes about 1 hour for a flower consultation and we will meet you at our shop or the most convenient location for you.

Q. What if I want you to only do the bouquets but I want to hire another florist or do the centerpieces myself?
A. When you book your wedding with us we are the exclusive florist for your event. Just like you wouldn't be able to hire two separate photographers/caterers/DJ's etc we reserve the same right. If you are using non-floral items for centerpieces such as candles this does not apply. We will talk about those type of details when we meet for your consultation.

Q. Does anything else come with the packages shown?
A. All delivery and set-up of package items are included. The same goes if you purchase our Ala Carte items.

Q. I already have a florist that I use. Can I show them these packages and have them do my flowers?
A. You may choose whatever florist you wish for your wedding flowers, after all, it is your wedding!! However, our packages are exclusive and copyrighted by our shop and may not be used by another florist. Your florist can work with you to determine what you will get for the $150.00 worth of flowers that you have purchased.

Q. How are you affiliated with Robin's Nest?
A. While we are not directly affiliated with Robin's Nest we have proven that our floral designs and professionalism are second to none. Robin's Nest has asked us to create packages that can be included with your wedding purchase. You will be required to sign our contract and meet with us separate from the consultation and contract that you have signed with Robin's Nest. Please feel free to contact us with any questions concerning this matter.

Q. Do you offer any other products or services other than just flowers?
A. Yes! We have invitations, tuxedo rentals, aisle runners, cake toppers, candles, and many other products available. Stop in to see our catalogs or call us for online catalog details. We truly are a one-stop wedding shop!

Q. When I purchase an all inclusive package with Robin's Nest is my date automatically held with your shop?
A. No, you must call us and let us know that you would like us to do the flowers for your wedding. Robin's Nest does not require that you use us as your wedding florist. We would love to be your wedding florist so please call us ASAP to book your date. 2007 slots are filling fast so call us as soon as your book your wedding date!

You are not required to use us until you sign our contract. However, until you sign our contract your date will not be held with us.
